//

Many girls these days have style blogs, I think my style will be up soon, but it's difficult finding ways to take pictures hah. Hopefully soon I'll figure out something. Anyways, I do not only want to post about fashion, but music, where I live (because although I complained about California all the time, it's quite wonderful to me.)

Today I will talk about music. So many people these days listen to Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Britney Spears, but I think other artists, who are immensly talented should be up in the spotlight more.

1) Beirut

Beirut is too beautiful for words. With his unique voice and the sea of instruments used in each songs, it is heaven in my ears. When first hearing Beirut, I was not too convinced, it sounded a bit 'circus-y' to me. But now, I love how it is different then any other band I've listened to. There is too much talent in this than I can ever explain. Here them here.

2) Edward Sharpe & the Magentic Zeros

I saw them live not too long ago, and hands down it was the best show I have ever been to. They were energizing and they were so invigorating. Alex (the lead singer) even came down to the pit with us and he was truly truly too sweet. They also have a variety of instruments from a trumpet to an accordian. They have a fresh, free, carless attitude & it it great.They are euphoria and full of love. Watch them here.

2.

I love film and polaroids, they always capture everything so beautifully. These were taken a while back, my hair is much short (although you cannot even see it!) That polka dot shirt is my favorite shirt in the world. I found it @ Savers(my heaven) last year, for only like 5 dollars. So, I was suppose to attend Coachella '11 (although I do not think the lineup is as good as last years), but I just heard news that it has sold out! RIDICULOUS. Oh, well..Coachella '12..please be good to me. I end this with two photos of the Grand Canyon from last year. It's beautiful, everyone should visit.

Beginning

This is my blog to post about my interests, my passions and great things all around. I will try to keep up with this & make something out of this blog. I am 19 years old in a kind of crappy city in California. My blog name came out of a Shakepeare poem (truthfully, I forgot which one).
